All sales are final, and sizes cannot be exchanged once purchased. 

Kids Size & Fit:

• Fit advice - Kids grow fast—if they’re near the upper end of their size, consider sizing up for extra growing room.

• Narrow foot? Go down one size (e.g., typically J1.5 → select J1). Wider foot? Go up one size (e.g., typically C12.5 → select C13). 

• Juniors size 3 and above should shop adult sizes.

Adult Size & Fit: 

• Whole sizes only 

• For a narrow foot, go one half size down (ex. if you typically wear size 10.5 – select size 10)

• For a wider foot, go one half size up (ex. if you typically wear size 10.5 – select size 11)
